I have tried to unite Italian culture and history with a good, honest wine that brings together the numerous oenological possibilities of our peninsula. Free of the limitations imposed by regulations, and roaming beyond regional borders and cultural differences, with Quotidiano, I took the liberty of drawing, as a painter does with a perfect palette, a picture that incorporates the many colours, scents and flavours of our beautiful Italy.
